"A Joint Mission With the Sand" is the 169th episode of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations.
Summary[]
Team 10 go on a join mission with Sand's Team Shinki in order to recover the puppet from Shikadai, Shinki, and Boruto's encounter with Urashiki Ōtsutsuki. They encounter Deepa who has also been tasked with retieving the puppet. After a battle, where Deepa emerges victorious, Shinki destroys the puppet with his iron sand and Deepa flees into a sandstorm. Shikadai reports back the events of the mission to Shikamaru and Naruto.
