"That's Reality" is the 53rd chapter of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations.
Summary[]
Kawaki, Naruto, and Sasuke try to prevent Isshiki, who only has 5 minutes left to live, from marking Kawaki with another Karma. After losing sight of Kawaki, Isshiki starts to harm Naruto, causing Kawaki's cybernetic arm to fall off, lest he reveal himself and spare Naruto's life. As Isshiki counts down to one, Kawaki reveals himself and Isshiki marks him with Karma. However, Kawaki actually sent a Shadow Clone which disperses just before Isshiki himself turns to dust. Sasuke and Naruto talk about the aftermath of Naruto's use of Baryon Mode, when suddenly Boruto, possessed by Momoshiki, stabs Sasuke's Rinnegan with a kunai. As Sasuke keels over in pain, Momoshiki expresses surprise at the group's victory over Isshiki and prepares to fight them all himself.
