- Delta, a cyborg created by Amado. She is a tall woman with "I" written on her forehead.
- Code, a young man with "VI" written under his right eye.

- Victor, the eldest among Kara members. He was burned to death by Kashin Koji.
- Boro, a giant man with "III" written on his face among with various other tattoos. He was killed by a rasengan by Boruto.
- Kashin Koji, a genetic clone made by samples of Jiraiya. He is also known as Koji Kashin. His sole goal is to eliminate Isshiki Otsutsuki. He has "II" written under his eyes. He was an Inner prior to his defection, in charge of the Land of Fire sector.
- Amado, a genius scientist serving as the right hand man for Jigen. He is also head of the organization's research and development division. He defected to Konohagakure.

- Ao, a war veteran from Kirigakure. He was killed by Koji's Boiler Toad summon after pushing Boruto away from harm.
- Garo, an associate with Delta who met with Kawaki but was killed by the latter in a short fight.
