"True Identity" ( 正体, Shōtai) is the 213th episode of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations.
Summary[]
As the conversation between Naruto and Amado were going on. He asked Shikamaru to place his glass in the edge of the table. As he did as he said. It starts to project a live conversation of Koji and Jigen. Jigen needs an explanation for Koji’s betrayal. If he really were not playing as Amado’s pawn, then why he wants to eliminate him. The fight gets starts between them. Jigen thought that beat Koji, but it was a shadow clone. Koji answered that he had no interest in the chakra fruit. Meantime, Amado says that as Jigen fought against the Hokage. He was in bad shape; this was their best chance to beat him. Koji uses his fire release techniques against Jigen. Due to shockwave from that attack, the transmission of the live gets stop. Amado starts to pill everything he knows. Jigen became an Otsutsuki, but he was originally a human. The Otsutsuki are like an invader from outer shape like an alien. Their species get evolve by consuming the chakra fruit which blooms from the Divine tree that act like mold to suck out the whole planet's chakra. That is what Victor tried to do, which is also Kara’s aim. But Amado and Koji were against that. To proof what Amado said was true he remains Sasuke about the coordination that he left in the airship. Now, he explains about the Juubi, the Jubi is always utilizes by the Osutsuki because the Juubi becomes the divine tree. It is like a seed that implanted and it starts to grow by sucking the chakra from the planet. When Sai says that Jigen was planning this to the planet; Sasuke correct that, the one plan that would be the one who put karma on Jigen as his guess. Amado starts to explain about the karma now, the karma is Otsutsuki compressed backup file, during the battle Momoshiki compressed himself into karma and put it in Boruto, if that continues to grow then Momoshiki will be reborn in Boruto. Unfortunately, he had no idea about how to remove it, but the best is to kill Boruto before Momoshiki take over him and be born. As for Jigen, his real identity was Isshiki Otsutsuki. He came along with Kaguya, but then she turns against him, at the time he was in a bad shape to recover. So, he somehow managed to take over the body of a novice monk nearby. Sasuke got a doubt that if Jigen manage to get a body, then why did not his takeover his body using the karma he placed on him? Before answering that Amado asked Naruto to get the paperwork done for him to live in Konoha. As the paperwork started, he clears Sasuke’s doubt. Isshiki was weak at the time, so using his secret technique he shrinks himself and when into Jigen’s body. Then he got nutrients from Jigen, later he takes control of Jigen. Which is mean Jigen still physically exists in Jigen. If he were too reborn in Jigen, he will not last long. Jigen body can't take over it. So, he searched for a vessel for him, that how Kawaki was given a karma. At the meantime, Amado summon fire. So, Jigen can’t absorb it with his karma. The connection on the transmission got back. Amado now starts to say about how to kill the Otsutsuki.
