The ramparts encircling its four-kilometer perimeter give the city and ambience of Dragon Quest or a certain manga about Titans. It was super-fantastic. And the cosplayers strolling the streets were so dapper and completely fitting in with the setting that I, dressed in ordinary clothes, looked out of place.
